Leaders Hole in Wa had a real tough nut to crack in shape of Five Arches Bombers and it was stalemate until Mark Milligan and David Patterson combined to allow Dale Talaszko to finally open the scoring. Minutes later Mark Milligan headed home well to give Wa breathing space, Joe Jardine completed the scoring in the last minute. Brian Mattinson scored an amazing 5 goals for Annan Town against Nithside to keep up the pressure at the top, David Rowan also scored a beauty from 25 yards into the top corner, Nithsides goals coming from Mark McGhie and Mark Carruthers. After a slow start to the season Scaur finally got some points on the board in what was a must win game against fellow strugglers Loreburn Thistle. Scaur lead at half time 2-1 and scored the first goal of the second half thereafter Scaur looked good for the win. Ally Woods and Shaun Wood with doubles for Scaur as well as strikes from Ryan Beattie and Jack Henderson, scorers for Loreburn were Rees Brown with a double and Keiran Linwood. Palmerston Colts were trailing Moffat Thistle 2-1 in a tight affair before the Colts had a strong finish to win 3-2. Craig Broadfoot, Liam Malcolm and Craig Kerr with the goals for the Colts whilst Moffats scorers on the day were Roddy Carlyle and Kevin Wilson. FC Annans good season continues as they won well at home to Summerhill which was never going to be an easy game. Derek Rogersons free kick was the only goal of a tight first half. FC Annan then made a sharper start to the second half with Mark Leesing Snr scoring before Mark Leesing Snr turned provider for Daniel Carey to score. Jamie Nixon scored next for FC Annan before Chris Norval set up another goal this time John Campbell being the scorer. Normandy easily had the result of the day when they gave a powerful performance on a very heavy park at Terregles. Normandy took the lead around 25 mintes to lead 2-1 and never really looked back winning 6-1 in the end. Terregles scorer was David Marshall whilst Normandys Dylan Irvine scored a hat-trick for the visitors as well as strikes from Jack Loudon, John Howie and Paul McCann. Youth Utd were aiming to keep up with the 2 leaders but they came unstuck against Annan Development. Annans scorers were Callum Grieve and a Danny Lockerby penalty.
