Extra time needed in cup cracker.

Black Bull Rovers recorded easily their best result of the season as they leapfrogged Greens Park in the league after knocking twelve past the unfortunate Dumfries side. Park started brightly but Rovers took the lead from a tenth minute corner and added a second a couple of minutes later. The play remained even but it was Black Bull who stretched their lead ten minutes before the break and breached the Park rearguard twice more before the interval to put the result beyond doubt and the second half became one way traffic. Rovers scorers were Jon Muir and Adam Henderson with five apiece as well as a single from Matthew Donagher and an OG. The other first division match up was a much tighter affair with David Marshall scoring five minutes from time against FC Annan to put Terregles clear at the top. Hole in the Wa returned to the summit of the Premier Division as they also hit double figures with Mikey Devlin and Terry Jardine both grabbing hat tricks and Scott Gordon, Dale Talaszko, Joe Jardine, Mark Milligan also netting and an Own Goal adding to Loreburn Thistle woes. Annan Town slipped to second as they shared six goals with third placed Palmerston Colts. Palmerston were 2-1 up at half time courtesy of Craig Kerr and Ally Mason, with Brian Mattinson countering for Annan, then levelling in the second half before Greig Lawrie looked to have secured three point for the Colts only to see Brian Mattinson complete his hat trick and rescue a point in the dying moments of the match. Scaur eased their relegation worries and hauled Moffat Thistle into the reckoning with a hard earned one nil win thanks to a Sandy Bowie strike. Kelloholm also picked up three vital points at the expense of Jolly Harvester. Kelloholm were five nil up at the interval but didnt score again in the second half as Paul Wharram grabbed a consolation for the visitors. In an all Premier cup cracker it took extra time to seperate Five Arches and Nithside, with the Bombers squeezing through thanks to goals from Duncan Smith, Chris Ross and Graham Jamieson, while Youth United won the all first Division tie with Summerhill as a Shaun Kirk double and goals from Jason Kirkwood, Stevie Dinnel and Anton MacKay were enough to see them through despite counters from Stevie Kennedy, Ryan Harper and Kyle Robertson for Summerhill.
