Late comeback sees Moffat through.

Moffat Thistle found themselves trailing to a Dale Talaszko double in the Heathhall Garden Centre Trophy second round clash with Hole in the Wa but with 20 minutes to go Kevin Jack got Moffat back into the game before Darren Hunter and Aiden Wallace scored within minutes of each other to put Moffat in front for the first time. Wa pushed hard but Moffat now looked fairly comfortable before Nicky Frame scored for Moffat with the last kick of the game to go into the Quarter Finals. Also in the cup Annan Town saw off Annan Town Development winning with goals from John Quinn and Drew Jackson. Normandy and Loreburn looked pretty even going in at half time level, it took a couple of goals on the hour mark to give Normandy breathing space to progress to te next round. Scorers for Loreburn were Rees Brown with a double and also a strike from Eddie McKean, Normandys scorers on the day were Cammy Sinclar and Greg Walls with doubles as well as goals from Kris Shannon and Grant Sinclair. In the challenge trophy Kelloholm had a Bob O Connor goal to thank for getting past Five Arches Bombers. On friday evening FC Annans magnificent run continued as they rallied to beat Youth Utde and go third in the table. Cammy Wells and Derek Hunter for the hosts whilst FC Annans goals came from an own goal in the first half whilst Chris Norval and Mark Leesing Jnr scored for FC Annan to give them the points. Thursday April 7th will see the first of the midweek fixtures being played.
