Moffat Thistle negotiated another tricky stepping stone on their way to the title when they overcame in form Morton Youth. The Dumfries side opened the scoring through Jordan Barker but Moffat weren't behind long, a Dale Talaszko double putting them in front and an own goal extending their lead with Derek Dunsmore making it 4-1 before half time. Second half goals from Aiden Wallace and Jamie Carlyle made it comfortable for Thistle in the end. Hole in the Wa positioned themselves in second awaiting any slip form the leaders as they comfortably won at Kelloholm. Sean Peat fired the Wa ahead on 12 minutes and added a second on 20, but a minute later Kelloholm pulled one back. A well worked move on the half hour finished with Davey Paterson restoring the cushion, and he got another a few minutes later. Sean Peat wrapped up his hat trick before half time and even though Kelloholm pulled another back the Wa made it six from the restart through Mark Milligan. A third Kelloholm goal early in the second almost made a game of it but Hole in the Wa were in no mood to be pegged back and Joe Jardine bagged a brace, with Bruce McQuarrie scoring inbetween and Eddie Marshall bringing up double figures near the end. NIthside dropped to third after they were held at Normandy Star. Corey Thomson scoring for Star and Scott Muir on target for Nithside. Palmerston Colts climbed one place as they took the points from their encounter with Queens Bar. Andrew Gilston scored first for Colts, with Queens Bar drawing level before Greig Lawrie pounced to send Palmerston in in front. Second half belonged to the Colts, With the Andrew Gilston and Greig Lawrie both netting again and Darren Kerr rounding off a fine performance. Five Arches Bombers went behind early to Black Bull as Matty Donagher scored, but two goals apiece from Thomas Coles and Graeme Maxwell plus strikes from Graham Jamieson and David Bradbury put Bombers in control. Greg Rice scored Bombers seventh before Matty Donagher scored again for the Bull, then Thomas Coles completed his hat trick and a late penalty was dispatched by Connor Houston for the home side. Dumfries Athletic are looking good for the play off slot as they cruised past Ruthwell Rovers. Liam Watson opened the scoring with Alan Milligan adding a second and Conor Sanderson smashing home a third. Alan Milligan added another before a lovely strike from Ronan Dunbar and Alan Milligan completed his hat trick late on. FC Annan were third on goal difference ahead of Park Thistle and their match was just as tight. Both sides had chance but it took til the 28th minute to break the deadlock, Mark Leesing Senior tapping in a driven cross, and on the stroke of half time a very similar goal from a driven corner was knocked in by Chris Norval. Park were given hope on the hour mark as Robbie Simpson went down in the box and Dougie Rae lashed home the penalty but only a couple of minutes later Annan were also awarded a spot kick and top scorer John Campbell made no mistake. Robbie Simpson scored to set up a frantic last ten minutes but Annan held on to all three points. Another tight match saw Loreburn Thistle overcome Summerhill bt the same scoreline. Chris Watson and a Kyle Gallacher penalty had Summerhill in front but Loreburn clawed it back with Jamie Rae and Connor Docherty netting. Dylan Melbourne in the Thistle goal saved a second half penalty and made several important saves before Lewis Kirkpatrick pounced to give Loreburn three valuable points.
