Annan Town had the chance to go back to the top of the league as they hosted Palmerston Colts but a tight match was predicted as the Colts looked to strengthen their own title credentials, and so it proved as the visitors ended Annans 100% start with Lee Martin scoring twice and setting up Ross Kerr inbetween, while the home side got on the scoresheet with strikes from Billy Sutherland and Craig Smith. Hole in the Wa took advantage of that result to climb to second with an incisive performance against FC Annan, with Callum Loughlin and Islam Kadyrov scoring two apiece and Marc Zutic smashing home from long range. NIthside were the weeks big scorers with their prolific front pairing of Michael McGhie and Thomas Nicholson both adding four more to their personal tallies, and Robbie Simpson also helping himself to four goals, Shaun Kirk and Jonny Murray both scored while Michael Murray grabbed a consolation for Crichton. Scaur edged a ten goal thriller at Riverside, with Rab Menzies scoring twice, Rees Brown, Kieran Hair, Craig Stitt and Drife Finlay all on target to cancel out a Bob Clark double and goals from Aiden Montrgomery and Diesel Ferguson for the hosts. Ruthwell Rovers drew first blood at Moffat through Owen Brown but Thistle stormed back with an Adam Henderson brace and goals from Aiden Wallace, Jon Muir and Dave Lindsay to earn the points. The final match of the day was a cracker as Summerhil went two up on Morton with Ryan Harper and Jamie Kimm netting, but Morton turned the tables with Ali Baird, Ross Coupland and Jordan Gilmour scoring to give them the win.
