Two DSAFL teams made it into the last 32 of the national trophy as Ruthwell Rovers came from behind three times against Wellhouse before finally going through. Callum Sloan scored the first equaliser, and Luca Pagani pounced to send the sides in level, Luca Pagani then netted from the penalty spot with seven minutes to play for a third equaliser before Josh Davidson scored the winner in the last minute. Palmerston Colts are also in Wednesdays draw after an Aaron Callender brace and strike from Ross Kerr eased them past Bathgate Thistle. Nithside bowed out of the competition at the hands of an impressive Wellesley side. In league action the top two squared off in the Sunday League El Classico, and it was in form Hole in the Wa who drew first blood. Kris Shannon was denied by an offside flag on 27 minutes but 2 minutes later smashed home the opener then shortly after set up Islam Kadyrov to make it two. Bombers came back into it second half and deservedly pulled a goal back through Graeme Maxwell as they looked to maintain their unbeaten record but Wa weren't to be denied and a second for Islam Kadyrov ten minutes from time sent them to the top of the table. Third placed Annan Town missed the chance to climb a spot as they lost out in a nine goal thriller against Moffat, despite being 3.1 up at one point. A Dale Muir Double and goal from John Campbell sandwiched an Adam Henderson strike but then Henderson scored two more and Aiden Wallace put Moffat in front. John Campbell scored again to haul Annan level as the spoils looked destined to be shared until Dave Lindsay popped up with a last minute winner for the visitors. The days big winners were Scaur who found their scoring touch again, Jamie Rae bagging a hat-trick and Rees Brown, Rab Menzies, Kieran Hair, Craig Stitt and Greig Jarvie all on target with Chris Norval and Kyle Gallacher scoring for FC Annan. Summerhill climbed two places in the table with a victory at Normandy Star. An early goal direct from a corner by Ross Findlater was followed by a second from the spot by Brodie McKerlie, a third goal in the second half from Danny Heron seemed to wrap up the victory but Normandy came back at them, firstly Corey Henderson reduced the arrears with a spot kick and then ten minutes from time Aaron McCutcheon touched home from a free kick but despite late pressure they couldn't find an equaliser. Dumfries Athletic picked up three badly needed points as they hosted Riverside. An Alan Lamb brace and goals from Andy Linden and Cain McKie were enough to give them the win. Finally Crichton Campus earned a vital point at Morton Thistle. Ali Baird had Morton in front and they spurned several chances to extend their lead. Nathan Tait saved a penalty in the second half as Crichton looked for the equaliser which did come courtesy of Cameron McLuckie. Crichton could've won it late on but the effort smashed off the bar and it finished all square.
