Chasing pack keep up the hunt

Terregles maintained their 100% record, but only just. An early Gary White goal gave them the advantage over Dumfries Athletic but despite their best efforts they could not add to their lead, with Dumfries coming close to earning a point but Terregles holding out. Five Arches Bombers continue the chase with top score Graeme Maxwell bagging a hat trick, with Kenni Dinnel hitting back to back braces and and OG helping them to victory over Riverside who had goals from Stuart Dalgliesh and Allan Lamb to show for their efforts. With Morton not in action Palmerston Colts took the opportunity to jump to third with Darren Watson netting, Ross Kerr scoring two, including a peach of a free kick, and Davie Kennedy on target, Sean Dunbar netted for Annan Town in a much tighter game than the scoreline suggests. Hole in the Wa also climbed a place with their win over FC Annan. Kris Shannon, Mark Wilson and Murray Thompson scored two each and Dale Talaszko and Davey Patterson also found the net. Normandy Star lifted themselves up the table with a hard earned win at Ruthwell, Ryan Harper and Luke Broadhurst had Normandy in front but Jon Muir pulled one back for Rovers. Luke Broadhurst scored two more before half time to complete his hattrick but Jon Muir and Owen Brown pulled Ruthwell back within a goal. A second goal for Ryan Harper and a thumping long range free kick from Jamie Simpson made sure of the win for Normandy though.
