Last Ditch win for Ruthwell

Yet again the weather decimated the Amateur fixture card but three games did take place last weekend. Ruthwell Rovers climbed to joint second as they hosted Threave Development at Lockerbie on Friday night. Alistair Smith opened the scoring but Jamie Nish replied for Threave from the penalty spot and looked to have earned a point until Jon Muir forced home a winner with virtually the last kick of the game.

Greystone climbed two spots on Sunday as Jack Marshall and Josh McVinnie bagged a brace apiece and Max Wilson was also on target, while Ross Kerr grabbed a consolation for Eastriggs in a match played at Raydale Park. Dumfries Athletic took the lead at NWCC through Sam Rowe but Terregles rallied with a Stevie Green hattrick and goals from Nathan Cannon and Axl Menlove to give them all three points.
