Sunday morning saw the region covered in snow,
and all but one game called off. Threave Development hosted Lochside Club at Dalbeattie High School and their efforts to get the game on seemed to be paying off as Callum Rennie opened the scoring on five minutes. Ten minutes later though Joe Martin headed home an equaliser from a corner, and within a couple of minutes Lochside were ahead with Keegan Johnstone netting from distance. The visitors made it three before halftime through trialist Josh Cochran, and he added another at the start of the second half before completing his hattrick shortly after. Threave pulled a goal back in the 70th minute through Finlay Whalen but Ben Wallace and Chris Mitchell both found the net for Lochside to round off a convincing victory.
