Lochside win battle of DG2

The wet weather decimated the fixture card on Sunday but three games did go ahead. Annan moved their home match to Raydale Park at Gretna to host Five Arches Bombers in the top of the table clash, and the game was as tight as expected. Kenni Dinnel and Greame Kilpatrick scored for the visitors but a Daniel Carey goal and two from Sean Dunbar gave Annan daylight at the top of the league.

Terregles hosted Lochside Club and Sean Potts had Lochside ahead before a Matt Gibson double sent Terregles in ahead, Declan Roper levelled and Rees Brown edged Lochside back in front, Diesel Ferguson converted a penalty and Arron Jackson also netted to wrap up a huge win for Lochside. Threave Development hosted Ruthwell Rovers and had the advantage at the break as Lloyd Pipe netted from a free kick. Ruthwell equalised when a defender turned a cross into his own net and Lucan Pagani then put them ahead, Aiden Wallace gave them a cushion before Nathan Taylor reduced the arrears with another free kick.
