Threave bang on form

The fixture card was again decimated by the rain but the three matches that went ahead on artificial surfaces all resulted in home wins. Threave Development picked up a good win as Luke Broadhurst scored twice in the first half against his former team, with Nik Lismanis reducing the arrears with a curling free kick into the top corner. Luke completed his hattrick before a penalty and a fifth goal gave Threave the win. Annan Town also won by a similar scoreline, Ryan Riches, Daniel Carey, Mikey Thomson, Corey Bell and John Campbell all found the net with Olli Cairnie grabbing a consolation for Greystone Rovers. Ruthwell Rovers went joint third as Matty Donagher and Luca Pagani gave them the three points from the visit of FC Annan.
